per ANSI/ASME unfired Pressure Vessel Codes Section VIII Divisions
1 and 2
Fluid Systems Design
from Cryogenics to 3000F heated Air systems
Pressures from high
Vacuum to 3000+ psi. The fluid systems are designed to various
NASA standards and industry standards such as National Fire Protection
Association Codes. Various computer codes such as ANSYS and NASTRAN
are used for the mechanical and thermal analysis
Piping system structural
design and piping flexibility per the ANSI/ASME B31.X codes using
COADE/CAESER piping flexibility computer code
Electrical design
Electrical Power
Design using the National Electric Code
Control using Programmable
Logic Controllers and the latest software such as Labview
Electrical Design
Drawings using AutoCAD
Operations Engineering
- General engineering and
project management services to support the installation of test
hardware in the specific tunnels and test cells. This includes
working with the trades and
the customer design engineers to develop test plans, schedule
the buildup of the hardware and facilities in the test cells as
required. Trouble shoot the installed hardware, mechanical and
electrical systems. Work with the various safety committees to
ensure a safe workplace.
