ZIN Technologies, Inc. is a dynamic and experienced AS 9100 registered small disadvantaged business (SDB) located in Northeast Ohio. As a small business industry leader providing advanced engineering services and product development solutions for NASA, DoD and private industry, ZIN has enabled and supported unique research and the advancement of industry technologies for over sixty years. We provide systems design, development, engineering and integration, test and evaluation, advanced aerospace systems modeling and simulation and support the full life-cycle development of aerospace hardware and software. Our engineers are experts in custom and COTS avionics, navigation, structural analysis and thermal management, dynamics analysis and vibration isolation, power, imaging, diagnostics and electro-optics systems.
ZIN has over 25 years of experience partnering with NASA management, scientific experts and industry to manage and develop space systems. We have built, certified and operated over 150 NASA space flight payloads that interface with a wide range of ground test facilities, launch vehicles and on-orbit carriers. We have an extensive background in complete systems engineering, which includes crew training, safety and hazard analysis and environmental testing. ZIN has decades of experience in command, control and communications through our design, development and operations (and payload operations) of the NASA Glenn Research Center Telescience Support Center (TSC).
ZIN developed specialized electronic, distributed sensor and remote measurement, pressurized fluid and gas systems, and power design topologies originally developed for our space products have been applied in terrestrial DoD-Aerospace and Medical (patient/hospital) applications.
