Daryl
Z. Laisure
President and CEO
Daryl
Laisure has more than twenty years of experience in business
operations, management, and contracting with government agencies
and commercial industries. Mr. Laisure joined ZIN Technologies,
Inc. in 1993 as a part owner and Vice President of Operations.
He was promoted to Chief Executive Officer and President in
1997. Under Mr. Laisure's leadership, ZIN Technologies has
expanded its customer base and product line, increased its
value and revenues, and received numerous awards for performance
excellence.
Mr.
Laisure obtained his Master's Degree in Business Administration
from Baldwin-Wallace College in Cleveland, Ohio and he received
his Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance from the University
of Cincinnati. Mr. Laisure is involved with many charitable
and professional organizations.
He is a member of The Presidents' Council, The Greater Cleveland
Roundtable, and Leadership Cleveland. |

Carlos
M. Grodsinsky, Ph.D.
Vice President - Technology
Carlos
Grodsinsky joined ZIN Technologies with over twenty years
experience with IR&D, R&D and product development
in active/passive vibration control, radiation detection and
space flight microgravity instrumentation markets. He has
managed large projects and product development initiatives
within both the government and industry and brings a proven
track record in technology development, transfer and new product
introductions to ZIN Technologies. He is a recognized expert
in the acceleration environment analysis and control for ground
and space based microgravity experimentation.
Dr.
Grodsinsky earned a Doctorate and Masters of Science in Mechanical
and Aerospace Engineering from Case Western Reserve University,
a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne
State University, a Bachelor of Science in Physics/Mathematics
from Kalamazoo College. He has written over 20 publications
on the subject of active vibration control, magnetic bearing
technology and radiation detectors. He has two patents on
the subject of radiation detection for geophysical applications.

Gary
W. Mynchenberg
Vice President - Finance and Administration
Gary
Mynchenberg has more than twenty five years of experience
in the areas of government contracting, finance, and accounting.
His background includes Government Client Services consulting
for Deloitte and Touche prior to his arrival at ZIN Technologies.
He has previously served as ZIN-Tech's Controller and Vice
President of Administration. Mr. Mynchenberg actively manages
and affects policy for all business support operations including
accounting, finance, and business support operations.
Mr.
Mynchenberg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from
Cleveland State University. He is a Certified Public
Accountant and belongs
to the National Contract Management Association, Ohio Aerospace
Council, Cleveland Aerospace Professional's Regional Alliance
and is active in numerous community and charitable organizations.

Boling, Jr.
Business Manager
Grady
Boling joined ZIN Technologies after extensive experience
with BP-Amoco and as owner of a retail business support service
company. Mr. Boling brings extensive management experience
from BP-Amoco where he served as Divisional Manager-Contract
Administration, Accounting, & Tax. Additionally, he worked
in the areas of Internal Auditing, Accounting, and Budgets.
In his current position, his responsibilities include monitoring
contractual compliance of contracts, managing Purchasing and
Inventory Control and Corporate Insurance and Service contracts.
Mr.
Boling earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree
from Southern University of Baton Rouge and a Masters Degree
in Business Administration from Baldwin- Wallace College.
Civic involvement includes serving as a member of the Board
of Directors of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity's senior citizen
and handicap housing company.

Mike Johanson
Space Exploration Program Manager
Business Development Manager
Mr. Johanson has over 18 years of experience in management, engineering and business development for the Aerospace and Defense Industries. He has a broad base of experience having previously worked for companies such as McDonnell Douglas Aerospace and Northrop Grumman in support of NASA Centers and initiatives at both the Marshall Spaceflight Center in Huntsville, Alabama and most recently at the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Johanson has managed several large NASA contracts and has a proven track record in all phases of both ground and flight spaceflight hardware and software development including concept definition, hardware design, test, product verification, certification, experiment and carrier integration, mission operations support / infrastructure and post-flight evaluation. Mr. Johanson has particular expertise in Systems Engineering and active and passive thermal and environmental control and life support systems. His project engineering and management experience includes efforts in support of Spacelab carriers, Spacehab, the International Space Station, the Fluids and Combustion Facility, the Space Shuttle Orbiter, Russian Spacecraft, numerous microgravity science experiments and the NASA GRC Telescience Support Center development and operations. Mr. Johanson currently serves as ZIN's Space Exploration Program Manager and Business Development Manager.
Mr. Johanson earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering in 1987 from the University of Tennessee and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee Space Institute in 1989.

Brian Finley
Program Manager
Brian Finley has over 20 years experience in development and management for the Aerospace Industry. Mr. Finley has been involved in all phases of space hardware development including system concept definition, software development, hardware design, verification testing, and mission support. He has managed both large and small payloads operated on the Space Shuttle and the International Space Station and brings a proven track record for managing all aspects of space payload development. Mr. Finley's extensive experience includes managing several large contracts and projects for NASA Glenn Research Center. Mr. Finley has particular expertise in Systems Engineering and Microgravity measurement and analysis. He has co-authored several papers on the subject of Microgravity measurement and the Microgravity environment in low Earth orbit aboard the Space Shuttle.
Mr. Finley currently serves as ZIN's Program Manager for the Microgravity Research Development and Operations Contract for NASA Glenn Research Center. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the contract which designs, builds and operates microgravity payloads on the International Space Station. Mr. Finley earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Inc.

Robbie Bruewer
Administration & Marketing Communications Manager
Robbie Bruewer provides office
management support and coordinates ZIN's
marketing/promotional initiatives. She has vast experience with government
and commercial proposal submissions. She is responsible
for facility issues, government security requirements, and
office personnel. She is also responsible for
developing promotional items and materials and providing communications
on behalf of the corporation. She coordinates charitable
fundraising activities and events such as the ZIN memorial
golf outing and the annual awards and recognition
program.
Ms. Bruewer has
been with ZIN Technologies for nearly fifteen years. She
has thirty years of experience in office administration,
management and marketing/promotional development. She
attended the Ohio State University. |
