ZIN Technologies
has successfully developed more than 95 payloads for platforms
including the International Space Station, Space Shuttle,
and Sounding Rockets. These payloads were developed for carriers
including ISS EXPRESS Rack, Fluids and Combustion Facility,
Fluids Science Laboratory, DECLIC, GAS & Hitchhiker, STS Mid
Deck, and MIR. Payloads for the Black Brant Sounding Rocket
and the Kistler Aerospace K-1 have also been developed.
ZIN Technologies developed payload avionics provide ruggedized
custom data acquisition and control systems, power conditioning
and control, network communications for uplink/downlink, on-board
data storage, health monitoring, and remote operations with
minimal or no required crew interaction. Avionics systems
are comprised of custom and commercial-off-the-shelf electronics
utilizing standard bus architecture.
ZIN
Technologies provides full systems engineering for all development,
integration, verification, safety, quality assurance, and
operations. Systems are manufactured
in in-house cleanroom facilities, electronic buildup areas,
and model shop by NASA-certified technicians. Required analytical
analysis and testing is performed for space flight integration
