    NSF SBIR Phase II Award

    The National Science Foundation awarded ZIN Technologies, Inc. a Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase II award for the further development of Large Area Platform Technology for Small Diameter SiC pressure sensors. This award runs for two years starting in July of 2003. This SBIR Phase II project is focused on the commercialization of low cost high temperature/harsh environment MEMS pressure sensors for automotive, aerospace and industrial harsh environment applications.
